The owner sent me a comtract of how much we would be paying for services and I continually made sure she understood what we needed done via phone conversation and Text. Waste of money and time... our carpet just needed a courtesy move out cleaning. They showed up a hour late, made the two faint stains 5 shades darker (even when dried) and ripped a huge gash in my mattress storage cover while dragging their equipment around. It’s like i just paid them to come and make the place wet. Landlords dont even believe we just had the carpet cleaned. I asked for receipt still haven’t gotten it

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! The cleaners did a terrible job and the “carpet cleaning” didn’t clean. I used my mini carpet cleaner on an area afterwards (see pics) and the water came out almost black. When I shared with Peak, they told me they didn’t care - they showed up, they needed to be paid for their time. Use a reputable company & don’t take the chance. Money & time wasted! Disgusting

Great service and experience. This was my best carpet cleaning experience so far. The cleaners were professional and very cooperative. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great job at super reasonable rates.

1) he was over an hour late 2) kept his dirty street shoes on 3)i asked if we can move the furniture and he said its $25 extra and so i said i will move the small table myself and he said NO THERE IS NO TIME!! 4) he finished in 15 min and left the house without saying anything 6) there was wet and dry spots all over the carpet meaning he missed alot of areas! 7) I basically paid to have a guy come in and moisten random parts of my carpet.

I have used Luis and his team for cleaning and maintenance. Never had any bad experience with them. Their service is excellent and the attention second to none. If I call or email I usually get a response back before half an hour. Prices are very reasonable too! I recommend their service.

I just hired Peak...

I just hired Peak Janitorial's services two days ago, and the service was very good. The carpet and the stairs were pretty dirty and some stains were on it, the stains are gone and the carpet looks great. Costumer service was great also.

Luis Aguirre the operation manager is giving his own company 5 stars on other review sites.Cleaned only open areas of carpet and not behind doors or under furniture. Tile and grout cleaning was rushed and hardly made any difference.After sealing the grout all the tiles were stained with spots from the sealer.Tried to get him to come back and after 20 minutes of trying I told him it wasn't working. He got mad and told me he didn't have any more time to fix it and did all he could. Left abrubtly.
