Bought a sequin cushion for my daughter...two hours later the stitching had opened up at one end. It was $30. They refused to accept responsibility for the faulty goods & referred me to the 'final sale' notice on the receipt. I would expect a firm to not accept a return in this case if we had simply changed our mind, but the item was clearly defective. Terrible customer service policy - BEWARE before you trust this company, you may have no comeback. They simply refused to deal with it!
