Carl Brewer managed to make the whole process very simple for us and presented all information in a wonderful clear manner, and when asked for suggestions, came up with very good ones for a much better-looking marker. Carl was a pleasure to work with. My mother had made her wishes clear as to what she wanted, and Carl delivered exactly that. The entire process was very easy, and he sent the original design for approval in just a few days. We made a few slight changes and once again the the design was ready in just a day or two. This is the second time I have registered my opinion of the excellent services I received from Carl Brewer Marker Services. Yellow Pages does not seem to be as efficient as I think they should be. When I phoned Carls number the phone was answered by a real person who was gracious and informative, and the entire transaction was repeated in that vein, mostly by email, my preferred method of communication. It was a complicated transaction, but was always conducted patiently and helpfully.

Carl was beyond helpful in guiding me through a process I was completely lost in. From the very first phone call where he provided a wealth of information to every single step of the process. From design, layout, font, colour, you name it....Carl was there. He promptly answered a TON of emails from me helping me every single step of the way with so much patience, kindness and understanding. I cannot thank you enough Carl. I contacted Carl in October to have a grave marker made for my mother. Brewer Marker Services had looked after doing a beautiful marker for my father after he passed away so I knew that Carl would do a great job on the marker for mom. To describe Carl Brewer service for my family is so hard he he was so patient with my family and extended family. My Son marker need butterflies which was not too common but, he help fine some they were not perfect but ,he made magic happen in the end they are what I wanted.
