Quoted $50 for a ...
Quoted $50 for a job, billed $230. Hidden costs came up, obviously he didn't mention anything about it on the phone. I refused to pay and he said he will lock up my car in his garage until I bring the money. I had to take my car for inspection that day and didn't want to ruin everything so I ended up paying $160. Instead of $50.
