Horrible management. multiple mistakes constantly made. Response is slow or non existent, withheld, forgotten, delayed or ignored. No caretaker on sight, building not properly cleaned, often smells, left dirty. To lazy to even remove garbage from lobby. Walls scuffed, dirty. Paint chipped, basic touch ups could take care of but caretaker not instructed to do anything beyond a sweep of lobby & mopping of elevator floor. Colyvan manager & Caretaker lazy & grossly under-qualified, grossly overpaid.
