Abysmal costumer service, untrustworthy and highly recommend staying away from this business no matter what. I took my vehicle in for a simple diagnostic and part change. Months passed without a vehicle at which point I was returned a vehicle with a completely ceased engine and transmission, while still being charged for labour, part changes, etc. on what is now a scrapyard vehicle.

in recent months dollar automotive did a massive amount of expensive repairs to our vehicle which included 1-2 yr. warrantees. in 10 months, well within the warrantee, our new transmission failed requiring repairs 1,000K from Kitimat. Shane has blatantly refused to return our many phone calls and e-mails. Worse yet he has refused to honor the warrantees and reimburse us for the needed repairs even tho the repair costs were a very modest amount. its clearly BUYER BEWARE with Shane. Be very ca
