I have had nothing but amazing service at this place! The staff always go above and beyond!

i came in today and got acrylics done by tina, i am so impressed with the service and the time and precision she took to do them! This is definitely the best nail salon in kelowna, i’ve been going there for about a year now and every time it’s a pleasant experience, but today especially! 10/10 every time!

Terrible service and paid way too much for nails done wrong and got told to come back the following weekend to get them fixed no appointment needed. Well showed up following weekend to get told theyre all booked up and cant fit me in. I came all the way from west kelowna just to waste gas and my time. Maybe mention the girl is still learning how to do the nails I asked for and dont charge full price while she is still figuring everything out.

This nail spa is a must. The best pedicure I've had in Kelowna, or anywhere ! Pleasant staff. Overall, a great experience ?
