Wish I could give 0 stars! To make a long story short, I called multiple times to confirm I booked 3 appointments for my bridesmaids and I for my wedding and when we showed up she told us she remembered that it was supposed to be 3 appointments but only booked us 15 minutes so she could “maybe do one of us”. After I told her I couldn’t just pick, she threw a yelling fit and told us to get out. We were in complete shock! Apparently there are many who’ve had similar experiences. Do not recommend!

Appointment at 1:45, 3 others in there and only the owner working. By 2:30 PM, she had spent about 5 minutes removing old polish, cuticles and filing. She was rushed and rough! Asked me to pay before applying polish. Claimed her interac machine was stolen, but conveniently had her own ATM (which she profits from). Wouldn't take a credit card either. Charged me $31 and when is said my nails weren't finished, she said, "tough luck". Extremely unprofessional and very poor service. GO ELSEWHERE

Rushed and unsanitary. Had a full done and I’m so disappointed with the result. The lady rushed and only applied one thin layer, which was then filed down. When my nails were “done” it looked as if they were 2 weeks grown out. Also during my time there 2 other people sat at the same mail station as me which was NEVER cleaned!! Too $$$ for bad quality and covid risk.

I went in for a mani pedi and they rushed me through so quickly. My manicure looks like I just painted my own nails. They are not filed evenly and they didn’t even touch my cuticles. I will not be returning for a manicure.

The owner should modify the advertising. I just called and was told the shop closes at 6 pm although this ad says 7 pm. Linda
