    The postmaster is friendly and helpful. I've lived in Cowichan Bay nearly 13 years and have never had a bad experience.

    The man who works there is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Do no use this Post Office as he will not look for your package and he may lose your mail while treating you like a subhuman.
