i love this store...quality if kept up so that items don''t look as if they were bought at a 'thrift store'

I have gone into this store now on and off since September and never been disopointed till one of the workers from the store was rude to my family member accused them of being rude and hung up on them. All because we bought a speaker system from them that is broken and the ends split off. Which is not compatible with our tv we were told the store would take it back with in 48 hrs but they aren't keeping their word.
