    Awful company, I am a single mother and they towed me even though I was under an hour in parking.

    I was eating in one of the restaurants. When I ran out I explained I was eating at a restaurant in the plaza and even showed him my friends at in the restaurant.The tow driver told me it was to late and if I had come out sooner I would have been left alone. I was told I had no choice but to pay the $135 unhook fee Completely unethical and just WRONG When I asked the tow driver if I could call my mom because it’s her car I got told no and the fee was now $500 for wasting time SCAMMER EXTORTIONER

    unbeatable price.

    Fast and friendly service. checked the price with other towing companies in town and Benjamin towing offered the best price. they handled my car with care and I had no problem what so ever! I'm glad I called them. will recommend to others for sure.

    i,m sorry I have to write this, however I phoned bengamine towing and not only they were very slow they refused to acnowledge the damage they caused to my vehicle not only the price was not as they imlied.sorry never again

    Thank you for leaving a review. We checked our records, found no record of an unhappy customer. It would be helpful to know at least what type of car you had. However, any car being towed by a tow truck is responsibility of the tow operator. If gets damage, the tow company is responsible and has to take care of the damage. If, the towing company denies responsibility for any damage, it should be reported and file with ICBC. At Benjamin Towing, we guarantee and stand behind our jobs 100%
