I have lived here since February 2011. If you want a basic, cheap rental this is the place. They do a great job of keeping shady, noisy people out of the building

Slum lord. Dont rent here. You will live to regret it. He watches everything u do. Then when I try to move out he will do his best to make your life a living hell even when u give proper notice and was never late on rent and followed all the rules.
