Evans Watch & Clock Repairs

Mr. Evans provided a quick repair to my wall clock even though he had to improvise and fashion a new part. Hopefully I'll get many more years out of it.

I had another hole placed in my watch strap so it would fit just right. It now fits just right. Price was reasonable.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful job Mr. Evans Sr. did repairing our grandfather clock. He came out to our house twice and our clock has never kept time so well or chimed so sweetly. All for a reasonable price.

Just had some clock mechanisms replaced by Roy while I waited. Great service, a wealth of knowledge and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

“Roy Evans came to my home on time. He was very polite and efficient. Before he made the home visit he explained to me that he charged $75.00. He also said that 50% of the time he could fix the clock on site but if he had to take it back to his shop, he would not charge for the home visit. He had to take the works out of the clock but was able to fix the clock without taking it away. My grandfather clock now sits in my hallway keeping excellent time and chiming away the hours. Never being there before, the hospitality was great, he did a quick repair on my watch and charged me nothing. Must say he comes across as one of those honest hard working folk. He's won my business.

Great Service, Great Workmanship!

I have a watch that the crown had broken off of. I initially received a quote from another business for a minimum of $90. I took it to Roy (he has a home based business.) When Roy took it apart, another part was broken. He completed the job by the next day & the total cost for parts & labour was $41 (including a new battery.) Had I have taken it to the other place it would have cost me well over $100. Thanks Roy. I will recommend your services to others.

I am not a complaining type of person but I must comment. I took an old mantle clock for cleaning and overhaul, new bearings, and so on. We discussed some damage on the face and I said we had decided to leave it as it was. To show its history. When I picked up the clock the face had been crudely daubed with thick lumpy acrylic wall paint with a house painting brush. There was paint even on the metal ring around the face. The effect was terrible and not subtle. I was stunned but the damage had be
