Apple Store Pacific Centre

I have tried 4 times now to contact them re my 5s phone. The automated agent disconnected me all 4 times. So far this has taken 45 minutes of my time and I am nowhere. I asked the robot to transfer me to an agent and thats when they hung up on me. What a piss-poor company. Supposed to be a communications business but they dont know how to take a phone call. Disgusting.

Excellent service from very knowledgeable staff. Surprising since the store is so crowded that you can barely here yourself speak. Guess the excellent service is why it is so crowded.

I visit this Apple store regularly to check out the latest and greatest Apple products. Each time I am greeted by friendly knowedgeable staff who never use pressure tactics. They have a wide variety of Apple products on display that you can see and use in action and learn more about why Apple is better. Check out the Apple Store at Pacific Centre and you'll find our why Apple is better too. One thing I must mention to the other reviewer is the following...lucky you had an Apple product from the Apple Store because most other companies would have just dug in their heels and held you responsible for the user misuse. Apple does a great job of standing behind their products and their products are the best. This comes from a guy who was a die-hard PC user. Also, it is the cell phone company's rule that the account holder and not the account user who can activate new phones on the account.

AWFUL PEOPLE, TERRIBLE PHONE. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Terrible. Thats what I have to say to this Apple Store AND the one at Pacific Center. It took my friend and I 5 DAYS to get the 8 GB 3GS for our best friend. Day 1: my friend couldn't get the phone because apparently USERS of the cell phone account cannot upgrade their phone; ok we understand, so we'll come back with the account holder. Day 2: With the account holder there, we were not able to get the phone because they did not have anything in stock; "try the other Apple Store". Day 3: We're at the other Apple Store. Finally got the phone. Day 4: We give the phone to our friend. We try to get the SIM card slot to open using the pin that was given to us. IT DID NOT COME OUT OF THE SLOT! DEFECTIVE. Day 5: We called into the Oakridge Apple Store to make sure they had the 8GB 3GS before going to see them. The guy on the phone says "yes we have them". 3 hours later we go back to the Apple Store. Waited 45 minutes for them to diagnose the phone . The girl comes back telling us it looks like it was OUR FAULT. Any ways, my friend took a stand and told her we were not going to leave without a working phone. Then magically, they ran out of stock on the model we had. We told the girl that we called earlier and there was stock (remember this was 3 hours ago). The girl denied that they had any left and asked us to go to the Apple Store downtown. So, we got her to call the other Apple Store to hold the phone for us to pick up. The girl confirmed it with us and we headed out to the other Apple Store. When we arrived the girl helping us told us that they were not able to keep holds on phones! So we waited another hour at the Apple Store at Pacific Center to get them to "look at the phone". The girl comes out to tell us that "this is an exception" and they will give us a new phone. My friend missed all her appointments that day thanks to these people and their terrible service. This is my first and LAST time I (and my friends) will ever buy an Apple product.
