A large part of having a good groomer is knowing that your dog loves to go there. My dog loves her groomers - Gail and Ron. Whenever I am out with my dog (a poodle) people always ask who grooms her and remark about how beautiful her cut is.
had trouble finding a cat groomer in Langley. My Himalayan cat had many knots in the hair on her back and would not allow me to get at them. Took her to Gail and November and when I was hesitant to have them shave her they said they would try combing it out...very difficult job ...but they did a superb job and the 2 of them got all the knots out and took an unbelievable pile of excess fur off her...while being gentle and caring...
A few years ago I had to find a new groomer for my nervous little Havanese. I didn't want her to be surrounded by too many employees and pets. I wanted her to go to a small shop where she would have the opportunity to befriend her groomers and feel safe. Luckily I found the heads to tails website. When I called her shop Gail was very welcoming and she is the same in person. Gail and November are kind and gentle with my Hannah and I am very comfortable leaving her in their capable hands. I never have to leave Hannah for more than 2 hours and when I pick her up she is just beautiful. I highly recommend Heads to Tails Pet Grooming to friends and family. Kerry
I have been taking my dogs to Gail for many years. Gail's calm, warm welcoming approach promotes a positive experience for my pets. She keeps them together as much as possible, grooms them quickly (she has only a few dogs being groomed at one time) in her home (decreased business traffic and noise) which all makes me coming back. I have recommended Gail to friends and family, who have also had a positive experience.
