highly unprofessional and unreliable broker didnt send us our car insurance documents on time. my husband got a ticket for driving with expired insurance and had to miss day of work because we were waiting for the broker to e-mail us the documents. our home insurance papers contained lots of mistakes. I sent several e-mails asking to correct them with no reply. our purchase deal was put at risk. the situation changed only after our lawyer directly contacted the broker.
