Lethbridge Mitsubishi

My husband and I went to Lethbridge Mitsubishi after a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Hyundai. Rick (General Sales Manager) greeted us like old friends the minute we entered the dealership. Rick, Gerry, and the entire crew at Mitsubishi were fantastic and we found a great vehicle at a terrific price. They were professional, extremely helpful, and very accommodating! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!!

The sales representative that took us to test drive a vehicle was very nice and easy to work with. When it came time to deal with the finance people, we were not treated well. We were promised stuff over the phone and then told the complete opposite in person. Not a trustworthy business.

Very unprofessional dealership, they will lie to you about everything and anything. Unless the offers are in writing don't trust them. Great brand of vehicle but very bad management and ownership so don't fall for the "new management " comercials I hear they hire only young good looking girls, parents beware! These are not trust worthy guys

Incompetent and Dishonest

Our car had intermittent, but terrible bearing noise. After being told that it would be covered under warranty, we brought it in the Lethbridge Mitsubishi for repair. When we go to pick it up, they tell us they didn't replace the bearing, and wanted $77.50. "What for?" "Diagnostics". The tech had written there was bearing noise, but not bad enough to be repaired. When I tried talking to Tamara, the service manager, she said they won't cover it and to pay or she's keeping the keys.
