STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!

unprofessional and experienced!they did my the tax return wrong and they charge me a fortune! I received a notice of assessment of how inaccurate the forms have been filled and I owe government money,when I took the notice of assessment back to their office, I was told that I had to double check my documents myself " and "mistakes happens all the time " and the can' do anything about it and they are not responsible for any mistakes after submitting the documents.rude & irresponsible.

Sorry for the delay in responding, I just discovered this comment a few minutes ago. We always strive to provide excellent service. Any client who is dissatisfied , we always work hard in finding solutions. If we make an error, we pay the penalty and interest. We never abandon our clients after we submitted their return to CRA. We have high percentage of repeat customers which indicates we provide excellent service. I wish this client to contact us @ 780 461 4161 as soon as possible. Thanks.

Completely unprofessional. They're even close when it says that it's open. They are not trying to fix it. They don't care.
