WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Was supposed to see Dr. Keeling, but after waiting an hour for my appointment, Dr. Sotoodian showed up. I wanted to talk cost and scarring about my moles, but he was more interested in cutting than talking. I was so apprehensive about the procedure that I decided to wait for the mole on my face. Ive had my skin disease for almost a decade with little answers. Every doctors office I left, had me feeling hopeless and utterly depressed being shoed out the door. Seeing Dr Keeling and his team, gave me hope. They knew exactly what I was going through. They treated me like a human being, with feelings! I have answers and a course of treatment. I am very thankful and grateful for symmetry dermatology.

Very efficient but also very caring. The premises look immaculate. Front staff very friendly and of course Dr.Keeling, he is a fine Doctor. He went out of his way to accommodate me even though he himself was scheduled to go on vacation. I very much appreciated that fact.

When I needed to cancel but was told to come in for surgery that he will continue with the procedure, keeling said to me "howcome you wanted to cancel you do realize we could have brought in a cancer patient instead". why did he want me to come in for a 2nd surgery then when i am clear and dont have a cancerous tumour that was removed during 1st surgery. also it has been 5 months since 2nd surgery and i got no call for my biopsy results.Also reported this to alberta health services.

Dr. Keeling is an enthusiastic and confidence-inspiring doctor who is very easy to get along with. He clearly is extremely proficient in his area of practice and I would recommend him unreservedly.
