Jasmine was pleasant dealing with, however lack of knowledge in helping customer porting out from other network to transfer new number into a new network(Telus). Now I'm dealing with porting out without a help and a lot of wait times.
Manager misbehaved what can you expect from employees. Liar
I bought geek squad with a phone I bought 2 months back. I was given all false information by the employees just so that they can sell the geek squad.Now I am facing problems when I told this to the Manager Kevin , he told me I was lying and I should have read the contract . Worst manager ever ,very misbehaved and no help they can provide. They are very sweet when they have to sell stuff but completely change when you go back. Worst mistake I ever did going to best buy at south common.
I used the online reservation system to reserve an item there, recieved a confirmation email that it is set aside for me and will be held for 24 hours. Then 2 hours later I get a call, and they tell me that they have sold out of the item, and there are no more in stock. Even though it was marked as reserved.
