Carstairs Veterinary Services Dr Tom Picherack

I drove 3 hours to bring my dog for surgery due to a recommendation. I was definitely not disappointed! Dr.Toms initial consultation was excellent and he made sure the surgery getting performed was needed and also the correct surgery. I was kept informed throughout the day and when I picked him up Dr.Tom made sure that I had everything I needed and explained what he had done and what to do and watch for in the future. And at the end of it all the bill was $1200.00 less than expected! Great vet!

WE are so happy with our Vet there.. They have taken excellent care of our dog VEGAS . They are so friendly and so helpful. Costs are lower then in the city. We travel from Calgary for our Dog to see the vet in Carstairs. So worth the trip. :)

Excellent service and staff. They go above and beyond for their clients. I had my 17 year old dog put to rest there: they were compassionate beyond expectations. I highly recommend them, I also have two other dogs who I continue to visit with them.

I live in Airdrie, but took my cat to get fixed in Carstairs and I have to say, it was well worth it! The staff were super friendly and caring, the costs were way lower than any of the vets in Airdrie, and they even called me the day after to ask how he was doing! They also discovered that he had ear mites and treated him for it right away. I'm super pleased; Carstairs Vet will definitely be my first choice from now on!

Excellent Vet!

The entire staff at this clinic is amazing. They genuinely care about your animals as well as you. They accomodate us whenever we have needed to bring one of our dogs in immediately. They do follow up calls to make sure that things are ok. I can not say how grateful I am to have found them and would highly recomend them to anyone looking for an excellent vet service.
