This company is terrible. They were managing my property in Auburn Bay. Could never get a hold of anyone when trying to call, not provided with any phone contacts for people managing my property and when trying to email it would take days for a response if at all. They let previous renters move out with house being disgusting and many things damaged. Save the headache and money, do not use these people.

Each and every one of the staff we have worked with at Mountain Park Real Estate have been wonderful! They are all very helpful and professional, and their fees are also very competitive. We currently lease 2 properties with them, and we have been very pleased with our entire experience so far. I would highly recommend Mountain Park if you are looking for a great Property Manager for your rental properties.
