FRENCH ONION SOUP - ROSE & CROWN STYLE

Caramelized onions in a rich beef broth and simmered to perfection. Baked with Swiss cheese and all under a golden brown butter puff pastry top

ASIAN NOODLE SALAD

Satay rice noodles with marinated and fried tofu together on a bed of fresh greens, carrots, bean sprouts, baby corn, roasted peppers and peanuts. Drizzled with our sesame teriyaki dressing

GARDEN FRESH SALAD (FULL/HALF)

Crisp mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, toasted sunflower seeds and shredded carrot. Your choice of dressing includes ranch, mandarin and sundried tomato vinaigrette.

CAESAR SALAD (FULL/HALF)

Crisp Romaine lettuce, seasoned croutons, freshly shaved parmesan cheese, house made dressing and fresh lemon.

CALIFORNIA COBB SALAD (FULL/HALF)

A bed of crisp garden greens with avocado, bacon, crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and tossed in a creamy ranch dressing. Topped with a grilled chicken breast and red wine pickled egg

Topped with bacon, cheddar cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Served on a toasted bun with our own R&C burger sauce.

THE MEXICAN BURGER

Topped with jalapeños, cheddar cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle, salsa, guacamole and R&C burger sauce. Served on a toasted Kaiser.

BISON PITA

Our homemade bison sausage grilled and served in a toasted pita with mozzarella, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, fresh onion, peach chutney, ranch and bbq sauce

VEGGIE PORTABELLA BURGER

This rice based patty with too many vegetables to list, is topped with cheddar cheese, sautéed portabella mushrooms and roasted peppers. Served on a toasted bun with mayo, lettuce, onion and tomato.

ALBERTA BEEF DIP

Slow roasted seasoned Alberta Beef sliced thin and served on a fresh baguette. Accompanied with fresh au jus for dipping.

Alaskan ice water fish coated in our own beer batter and fried. Served with fries, house made coleslaw and homemade tartar sauce

ROASTED HALF CHICKEN

A half portion of our popular roasted chicken, seasoned with our secret spice rub and roasted to perfection. Served with a mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

ROSELLINI DE PASTA

Ham and mozzarella cheese wrapped pasta roses, baked and drenched with tomato cream sauce. Topped with parmesan cheese and served with garlic toast. A Rose & Crown twist on a Banff classic
