Since the installation of our garage door from this company in 2017, we have encountered persistent issues. When I contacted the manager for assistance, the interaction was frustrating; he was unresponsive and I had to prompt him to engage in the conversation. He failed to take responsibility for the poor performance of the service provided. I would not recommend this company for service at all and have called another company to fix their mistakes!

I had an issue with my garage door and called Creative Door. I spoke to Shannon who was polite and understood exactly what the problem was. She set up an appointment date and time that worked for me and gave me a quote. The service technician arrived even earlier than the time arranged and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. Even the cost was less than what I was quoted. Would definitely recommend Creative Doors for any service issues.

Hilda is amazing! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We recently purchased our garage doors from creative, and Hilda helped me through the process picking out our custom size, answering questions and making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They look perfect! Price was great, did my research and by far best deal for quality item. Even the guys in shipping were helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back for any future needs.

The receptionist is the most bubbly, energetic, happy and professional individual" she can definitely put a positive and pleasant start to any one's day! Then there is Ed in parts. He is absolutely awesome. Friendly, prompt and very knowledgable. Dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. Thank you everyone!
